Ms. Pietropaolo is a Quantitative Analyst for Boston Partners, specializing in quantitative strategies. He served for seven years as a founding Trustee of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Health Care Security Trust (Tobacco Settlement Funds). He has been elected to public office six times in Needham, MA, serving two terms as Chairman of the Trust Funds Commission, and served twelve years as an elected Town Meeting Member. Mr. Supple is a Member of the Sponsor Council of the Christian Brothers Institute of Massachusetts and is a past Chair of the Board of Directors at Catholic Memorial School. He is a Trustee of Newton Country Day School of the Sacred Heart and also served on the Finance Committee for the Jesuit’s USA Northeast Province. Mr. Farren is a Global Markets Analyst for Boston Partners. Prior to assuming this role, he was a senior relationship manager and senior portfolio analyst who served as a liaison between clients and the firm’s research analysts and portfolio managers. He was also involved in portfolio analysis and in writing white papers for the firm. He joined the firm in October 2015 from Alliance Bernstein in New York where he spent over three years in a sales capacity covering hedge funds and curating event-driven research. Before that, he spent four years at Tudor Investment Corporation working on the Raptor Fund as a fundamental analyst covering restaurants, food and beverage companies, household products, and miscellaneous non-retail consumer sectors of the equity market. Mr. Farren was formerly a member of Teamsters Local 653 in Brockton, Massachusetts, and worked as a union ironworker from Local 7 in Boston. He sat on both the conservation commission and the board of economic development in his hometown of Easton, Massachusetts, for three years. Mr. Dwinell is the Head of Relationship Management and Product Management for Boston Partners. In this role he has management responsibility for the broader client relationship functions including relationship managers, client service associates, the proposal team and the marketing materials group. On the product management front he is responsible for assessing the Firm’s product strategy in the context of client requirements, building marketplace awareness and understanding of proprietary investment attributes, prioritizing internal procedures to deliver solutions to clients, and, importantly, working with cross functional teams to manage the development, roll-out and growth of an expanding set of global investment strategies. Prior to his current role, Mr. Dwinell spent more than ten years at Pyramis Global Advisors, Fidelity’s institutional subsidiary. Mr. Heathwood is the Head of North American Investor Relations & Distribution for Boston Partners. In this role, he oversees the firms distribution efforts in North America. He has held a number of other roles at the firm, including product manager for alternative investments, intermediary sales, institutional sales, client service, and consultant relations. Previous to his sales and client responsibilities, Mr. Heathwood spent five years on the investment team as an equity trader. He was also a founding partner of Boston Partners Asset Management, upon its inception in 1995. Mr. Atwood is the Director of Consultant Relations for Boston Partners. In this role, he leads the team responsible for managing the firm’s Consultant Relations efforts globally. Mr. Mullaney is Director of Global Markets Research for Boston Partners. He rejoined the firm in September 2016 from Fiduciary Trust Company where he served as the chief investment officer. His responsibilities there included setting the firm’s overall investment policy practices and establishing both strategic and tactical asset allocation targets for client portfolios. Prior to this role, Mr. Mullaney was the director of fixed income at Boston Partners and, before that, a managing director and senior investment strategist at Putnam Investments, specializing in portfolio strategy and key account portfolio management. Earlier in his career, he was a senior consultant with Chase Econometrics/Interactive Data Corporation, focusing on quantitative methodologies in fixed income and equity management. Mr. Mullaney graduated cum laude from Boston University with a B.S. in Biological Sciences and holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Babson College.
Mr. Connolly is the Head of Global Distribution for Boston Partners. In this role, he oversees the firms Distribution efforts in North America and Internationally as well as Relationship Management. Before joining the firm in October 2022, Mr. Connolly spent 20 years at Putnam Investments in a variety of roles, including National Sales Manager, President of Putnam Retail Management, and Head of Global Distribution. He reported directly to Putnam’s CEO as a member of the Operating Committee. Prior to that, Mr. Connolly was Managing Director, Head of Boston Fixed Income Group and Head of Relationship Management at Merrill Lynch. Mr. Connolly holds a B.A. degree in English from Dartmouth College, where he was a three-year varsity letterman and a member of two Ivy League Football championship teams. Bill also holds an M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation. He began his career in the industry in 1987.
Mr. Birmingham is Product Specialist for the Boston Partners value equity strategies based in the Boston office, responsible for clients, consultants and prospects outside of North America. Prior to this role, he joined the firm in June 2018 as an RFP Writer and Database Coordinator in the Marketing Department, where he supported all of the firm’s equity strategies. He holds a B.A. degree in political science from Hobart College. He began his career in the industry in 2018.
Mr. Corning is a Research Analyst for Boston Partners, serving on the Sustainability and Engagement team. He is responsible for original ESG/sustainability research on companies held in Boston Partners’ portfolios. Mr. Corning is also responsible for engaging with issuers on sustainability, governance, executive compensation, proxy voting, and more. Prior to joining the team, he was a member of the Compliance team, managing the proxy voting process on behalf of the Governance Committee and preparing all engagement materials with issuers regarding proxy matters. Mr. Corning joined Boston Partners in March 2021. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Wesleyan University, with a minor in Data Analysis. Mr. Corning began his career in the industry in 2021.
Ms. Zona is a Research Analyst for Boston Partners, serving on the Sustainability and Engagement team. She joined the firm in 2021. Ms. Zona is responsible for original ESG/sustainability research on companies held in Boston Partners’ portfolios. Her tasks include engaging with issuers on sustainability, governance, executive compensation, and more. She also manages the proxy voting process and prepares all engagement materials with issuers regarding proxy matters. Ms. Zona leads all Governance Committee meetings and is a member of the CRM Committee. She holds a B.A. in Communications from Boston College, with a double minor in Managing for Social Impact and Public Good and in Applied Psychology and Human Development. Ms. Zona began her career in the industry in 2021.
Mr. Atwood is the Director of Consultant Relations for Boston Partners. In this role, he leads the team responsible for managing the firm’s Consultant Relations efforts globally. Mr. Atwood also oversees many of Boston Partners’ largest consultant relationships by shared client AUM. He joined the firm in March 2006 from Deutsche Asset Management, where he was responsible for sales and marketing to corporate retirement plans, endowments and foundations. Prior to this, Mr. Atwood was an analyst with Barra Strategic Consulting Group (currently known as Casey Quirk). Mr. Atwood holds a B.A. degree in international politics and economics from Middlebury College. He also holds the FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses and began his career in the industry in 2001.

Mr. Reid is a member of the GIPS® Committee and the Governance Committee. Previously, he was a member of the Boston Partners Sustainability and Engagement team where he managed the proxy voting process on behalf of the Governance Committee, prepared all engagement materials with issuers regarding proxy matters, and conducted original ESG research on issuers held in the firm’s portfolio. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Reid was Compliance Manager, Assistant Vice President, at Natixis Investment Managers. He holds the FINRA Series 7 and 24 licenses and has successfully passed the Chief Compliance Officer Qualification Exam. Mr. Reid holds a B.S. from Fitchburg State University. He began his career in the industry in 2004.

Mr. Feeney is Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer for Boston Partners. He is responsible for the firm’s strategic, financial, and operating decisions and all aspects of investment management, including the firm’s fundamental and quantitative research groups. Prior to assuming these roles, he was Director of Research. Mr. Feeney was one of the original partners of the firm in 1995, joining from Putnam Investments where he managed mortgage-backed securities portfolios. He began his career at the Bank of Boston where he was a loan officer specializing in highly leveraged loan portfolios. Mr. Feeney earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of New Hampshire and an M.B.A. with high honors from the University of Chicago. Mr. Varner is Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for Boston Partners and has served in this capacity since May 2017. As Chief Financial Officer, he oversees the finance and operational risk management functions. Mr. Varner joined the firm in June 2006 as Assistant Controller and became Controller in 2008. Prior to joining the firm, he spent seven years working for Lazard as Senior Vice President. Before that, he worked as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Caliber Learning Network, served as a financial manager at USF&G for three years, and spent two years as a financial analyst at Microbiological Associates, Inc. Mr. Varner began his career with Westinghouse Electric Company as an accountant in the Controllers Department. He received his B.B.A. in Finance with a minor in Economics from James Madison University and an M.B.A. and M.S.F. from Loyola University Maryland. Mr. Varner began his career in the financial services industry in 1996.
